β What is JamiiHub?
JamiiHub is NCA's digital consultation platform created to share knowledge and foster honest, constructive and efficient communication between NCA and the communities we serve.
π» JamiiHub currently works on your browser, or through a WhatsApp chatbot.
β Other messaging platforms can be added on request.
What are the benefits of using a digital consultation platform?
π Interactive: JamiiHub enables:
a) π’ NCA to communicate with communities
b) π₯ Community to communicate with NCA
c) π€ Community members to communicate with each other constructively
π± Cheap, green and fast:
Since the platform is digital, it significantly reduces emissions, costs, and time spent on travel and physical facilitation of consultations or door-to-door data collection.
π Inclusive:
It eliminates the need to choose a few representatives from a community or programme.

All community members are encouraged to share their knowledge and inputs on JamiiHub.
π± There are no technical limitations to how many can join the WhatsApp group.
π Anonymous:
Community members are anonymous when using JamiiHub.
This means users are not limited by hierarchy, tradition, discrimination or prejudice when sharing their views.
β οΈ What is JamiiHub not suitable for?
β The use of JamiiHub reduces but does not eliminate the need for physical consultations. It is a tool meant to add to NCAβs consultation practices.
βοΈ JamiiHub is designed for short and to-the-point text messages. It is not suitable for long and complex content.
π Because it is anonymous, it is not ideal for in-depth surveys that require profiling respondents by categories.
