Thanks to the 5 participants who commented on how NCA can help poultry farmers.
They agreed that the NCA could assist farmers with practical training on good husbandry, the proper use of medicines and vaccines and on increasing the number of chickens. Many also highlighted the need for capital, inputs and market opportunities to promote commercial farming.
2026 plans
NCA aims to provide training on good poultry farming, the correct use of vaccines and medicines. We are also continuing to research easy ways to obtain chicks and chicken feed.

🤝The conference brought together stakeholders in modern poultry farming and buyers. 📝‼️The aim of the conference is to provide awareness on the importance of formal contracts in the trade of products produced by farmers such as eggs and chickens. ⚖️Among the topics discussed at the conference are the types of contracts recognized by law. ✅✍️ After the training, the farmers implemented the training by entering into written contracts.
